  This can't change until I receive the products I paid for. Alex, I can't get in touch with you anymore, and I'm still waiting on product replacements for damaged or used equipment that was sent to me even though I paid for new. I'm extremely disappointed in how this has resulted since the amp lasted less than a year, the sub was used when sent to me and I had to fix it myself with your instruction (after having to buy material to fix it). Every time I've called in over a year, I keep getting told that it's getting taken care of or that the products are on the way, but yet nothing! I'll be happy to pull the review once this is resolved, but since I've got no other way of contacting you, I don't know how else to proceed. You've got my information, and I hope to hear from you soon.
